OUR PEOPLE

Our staff are the heart of Toogoolawa School. Each team member brings professional skill, compassion and a strong belief in every student’s potential. We are a diverse group of educators, youth workers, support staff and specialists who work together to create a safe, respectful and consistent environment where boys can grow. Every adult is seen as a teacher and role model, whether they are delivering a lesson, supporting wellbeing or preparing meals. Guided by the five Human Values of Love, Peace, Truth, Right Conduct and Nonviolence, our staff lead by example in both words and actions. Relationships are central to our approach, and our people are chosen not just for their qualifications, but for their ability to connect with students and walk beside them with patience and care.
